The Casting powder "Raysin 200", white is air-hardening, odourless and food-neutral. The powder is pollutant-free and ideal for working with children. Moulds made of latex, rubber and plastic are suitable for this material. 1 kg powder gives approx. 650 ml Casting compound. Raysin 200 has a high strength of 200N/mm² and is therefore particularly suitable for larger objects such as decorative tiles, bowls and figures.
This great and very fine Raysin-Casting compound is versatile to use and very easy to process. A detailed instruction is on the packaging.
The ready mixed mass has a processing time of about 10 minutes. A hardening is reached after approx. 20 minutes and after approx. 30 minutes the part can be carefully taken out of the mould. Further processing can take place after 2-8 days when the cast part is completely dry.
Now the part can be sanded or painted, for example.
Raysin is a pure white casting powder. This makes casting chic and completely uncomplicated. The result is a beautiful velvety surface. To achieve special effects, the casting compound can be colored directly with colour concentrates or pigments during mixing. Alternatively, the fully dried castings can be further processed individually, e.g. with paints, metal leaf or other finishing techniques.
