I am very disappointed this time, I had ordered everything 1 1/2 weeks in advance (Fridays) for a craft activity for the kindergarten. 3 days later (that's ok, it was the weekend) I get an email that the Payment by Credit Card is not working because of the high amount (nowadays you can make something like that visible at Order ). I transferred it immediately on the same day and it came out of my account on the same day. After my call on Thursday (when it was supposed to arrive according to the employee on the phone), I called again on Friday.. "the parcel left our warehouse yesterday". At noon I received an email that the parcel would be delivered on Monday..thanks, I don't need it anymore as the action took place on Sunday. I've never experienced anything like this with vbs. Really disappointing. (Rated in another country)
