Create a template and transfer it to felt

To start the project, print out the flamingo-template and transfer it to the colored craft felt by tracing the contours with a masking pen or pencil. Cut out the felt along the drawn lines.

Sew summer motifs together

You can easily sew flowers and palm leaves together. Use pins, to secure the sewing pieces. Thread the flower petals one by one onto the yarn and sew them together. You can also sew on the flower details with sewing thread.

Sew the contours of the flamingo together and leave a small opening on the belly to fill it with wadding.




















Use a chenille wire as legs, which remain flexible, and then close the hole. Trim the wire with scissors if necessary.
