And here's how it works
Cut 4.5 x 4.5 cm or 6.75 x 6.75 cm squares of fabric with pinking scissors . Insert the Acrylic ball and stick the pieces of fabric on them with the help of Napkin varnish
While the Acrylic ball is drying, prime the chip box with white paint. Cut the 5m roll of shiny cord (3.2mm) into six equal pieces. Glue these star-shaped and straight from around the eyelet of Acrylic ball. Glue the 5mm Cord in the middle of the ball as a "cross brace" around the ball
Now glue the Cords below the ball to the sides of the chip box representing the balloon basket. Decorate the spaces in between with small colorful buttons
Take the 6.75 x 6.75 cm fabric squares, fill them with cotton wool and tie the bags made in this way together with a narrow Cord (loop). Here too, simply stick on a button as decoration.
Now thread the light chain through the opening into the Acrylic ball . The balloon basket can be filled with small soft toys
