Foto Transfer, Transfer Potch und Transfer Marker heißen die neuen innovativen Produkte und Transfer Techniken beim kreativen Basteln neuer Ideen.
Bis vor einiger Zeit gab es nur die Möglichkeit, Fotos, ausgedruckte Botschaften entweder auf Untergründe zu kleben, diese abzumalen oder Konturen mit Durchschreibepapierauf Untergründe zu übertragen.
Mit Foto Transfer gelingt es auch Einsteigern, am PC ausgedruckte Fotos, Botschaften, Grafiken oder Schmuckelemente auf festen flachen Oberflächen aufzubringen. Transfer Medium, auch Transfer Potch oder Foto Potch genannt, ist ein gelartiger Klebstoff, mit dessen Hilfe ein Foto oder Bild ohne Papierschichten auf einen Untergrund übertragen wird. Das Arbeiten mit diesem Transfer Medium ist eine der bekanntesten Transfer Techniken. Absolut unverzichtbar für jeden Hobby- wie auch Profibastler ist jedoch der neuartige Transfer Marker. Wie funktioniert Foto Transfer?
Beim Foto Transfer werden mit dem Laserdrucker ausgedruckte Fotos, Bilder, Beschriftungen auf flache Untergründe wie Holz, Glas oder Keilrahmen übertragen. Die Ausdrucke wirken am besten auf einen weißen oder sehr hellen Hintergrund. Die bedruckte Motivseite des Ausdrucks wird zunächst mit Foto Transfer Medium satt bestrichen. Dann wird das Papier mit der bestrichen Seite nach unten auf die Gestaltungsfläche gelegt. Mit einem Rakel oder Falzbein wird das Ausdruckpapier fest aufgestrichen. Klebereste werden sofort mit einem Papiertuch entfernt. Nach dem Trocknen wird das aufgeklebte Papier mit Wasser befeuchtet. Das aufgeweichte Papier wird nun abgerubbelt, sodass schließlich nur noch die aufgedruckte Farbschicht fixiert ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein optisch ansprechender Used Look.
Im Vergleich zum Transfer Marker wird Foto Transfer auch vor allem für großflächige Motive verwendet.
Extra Tipp: Lackiert wirken die Druckfarben noch intensiver.
Was ist Transfer Papier?
Speziell für die Transfer Techniken ist Transfer Papier entwickelt worden. Dieses ist bereits fertig spiegelverkehrt mit einem Motiv bedruckt. Transfer Papier lässt sich besonders leicht übertragen, das Motiv ist anschließend gut und klar sichtbar mit so gut wie keinen restlichen Papierschichten. Es wird zusammen mit Foto Transfer angewendet.
Der Transfer Marker ist extrem einfach anzuwenden und liefert außergewöhnlich gut und fein übertragene Motive. Diese wirken wie aufgedruckt. Es ist kein Papierrest auf der Oberfläche erkennbar. Bei den Transfer Techniken ist der Transfer Marker mit Abstand die einfachste und bequemste Methode, einen Bildausdruck oder eine Schrift zu übertragen: Einfach Bild spiegelverkehrt ausdrucken, das Motiv mit der Druckseite auf die Gestaltungsfläche legen und mit dem Transfer Marker über das Papier streichen.
Auch wenn der Stift etwas geruchsintensiv ist, die Farbpartikel des Bilddrucks werden durch den Stift vom Papier gelöst und auf die Oberfläche des Untergrunds übertragen. Dies funktioniert sogar auf Papier!
