Anleitung: Tischläufer, Sitzkissen und Bestecktasche in romantischem Design
Instructions No. 1242And it's that easy:
Cutlery bag:
Next, iron a back piece with the fleece on the left side of the fabric. To prevent the iron from sticking, place a piece of baking paper in between.
Fold the decorative strip in half lengthwise and iron. Then fold each half again to the middle fold and iron. The decorative strip is now finished.
Now fold both pocket blanks left to left. At the upper edge, place the decorative strip so that both edges of the fabric are enclosed. Then fix it with Pins and topstitch it with short edges.
Next, fold the fabrics in the following way: place the reinforced piece of fabric with the right side facing upwards. Place the pocket on top of it and finally the other back piece with the right side down. Fix everything with Needles and topstitch all around except for the turning opening at the top (approx. 8 cm).
Now cut the corners with the scissors. Turn the fabric and work out the corners well
Then fold the seam allowances of the turning opening inwards and iron the fabric well again. Then topstitch all around with a narrow edge and close the turning opening.
Then decorate the front pocket with the heartApplication, the button and the crochet flower.
Table runner:
To prevent the fabric from fraying, topstitch the edges of the fabric with a zigzag stitch. Now take the narrower fabric strips (short and long) and fold them in the middle. Iron the resulting fabric strips smooth
In the next step, fold the quilted side edges of the fabric panels inwards (approx. 1 cm) and iron all four sections again.
Then pin the fabric sections to the sides of the large table runner fabric with Pins. Now sew the fabric sections tightly together with a straight stitch, beating the corners of the short sides into a triangle for a nicer look.
Now fix the fabric hearts in the middle of the table runner with the help of the iron-on fleece - ready!
Seat cushion:
This cut now includes seam allowances as well as the fabric allowance required for the hotel closure .
Topstitch the edges of the blank with the zigzag stitch and then iron the short edges of the blank neatly in a width of approx. 0.5 cm .
Now turn these edges over another 1 cm wide, iron them and topstitch them with a straight stitch .
Next, the two outer edges must be folded inwards so that the outer parts of the fabric overlap. The left (unprinted) fabric side is now on the outside and will be turned over later. Now close the open sides of the fabric with a straight stitch .
Then turn the pillowcase over and apply the fabric heart to the pillow using the iron and the fleece.
